About Charlie
I'm an online content creator with over 15 years of experience self-producing my own work. My current focus is the pop culture review YouTube channel 'Mrsir2,' with my videos on that platform earning me over 400,000 views and a loyal following.
I have also achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree in Filmmaking and Creative Media, a wide-ranging course that taught me about the ins and outs of the film and TV industries. It was here where I specialised predominately in video editing, learning all the tricks of the trade and becoming the go-to editor for various projects.

I'm open to teaching anyone the dos and don'ts of video editing, regardless of your skill level, age or expertise. I'll tailor each lesson to the individual, helping you achieve a polished and professional cut of your video project and improving your own skills in the edit suite. I'll be open to collaboration and won't tell you what's 'right' or 'wrong' - I'll give you the knowledge you need to make your own creative decisions and let you have the final say in what you produce.
My software of choice is Final Cut Pro X, which is available as a free trial if you're just starting out. The program can be a little complex to start with so I'll happily show you the ropes.
The length of each session will vary, as it depends on what we're covering, how much detail you need me to go into and how fast a learner you are. For simplicities sake, however, I'll work in one-hour slots to suit your needs.

I'm free most UK evenings (GMT) but I'll work around your schedule if that doesn't fit.
If you're booking an online session, we'll use Teams (or a similar service you prefer) to connect, where I'll be able to guide you via screen sharing.
For in-person lessons, I can travel to Taunton, Ilminster, Crewkerne, Yeovil and Axminster (for an additional fee, to cover the cost of my commute) or you're welcome to come visit me in Chard.
