About Benjamin
I am a composer of film music - director. I started composing music for the image when I was 16 years old (7 years ago). Since then I have worked on a multitude of projects coming from all horizons (short and medium length films, live show, dance and theater, commercials, jingle ...). My most notable experience is my work as a composer on the movie Catch It nominated for the 2016 Oscar category "Short 3D Animation" (video attached) I am a trained pianist and keyboardist.

Hello ! Welcome to my program: the MAO is cool! This program is aimed and adjusted at all levels. Depending on your desire, classes will take place in my home studio or at home. At home we have all the equipment necessary for the MAO (quality computer equipment, sound software, sound banks and sessions with an educational interest). Learning the MAO is not rocket science. We will learn to: * Master the software you are working on. * Know the different banks of sounds, use the most appropriate and master the different interfaces (Kontakt, East West, Best Services ...) * Learn programming (quantification, velocity, expression), ie how to make your piece realistic and professional quality. Obviously this methodology adapts to your current knowledge, objectives and desires. Classes can take place over an hour but I think for MAO it is better to do 3 hours internships. We will work more deeply and you will progress more quickly. The goal is to make you, eventually, autonomous in your practice of the MAO. During this internship, you will learn only through practice because it is in my opinion the best way to learn. Finally, the point that I would emphasize the most with you will be the methodology of work. When we start, we do not necessarily know where to start. I will take care to show you the right way to work properly, in efficiency, joy and good mood. The price is fixed for all levels. For a trip less than 10 km from my home it will add 10 euros. This fee will increase if more travel is needed.

Moi qui recommençais le piano après 5 ans de pause, j'ai redécouvert le plaisir de l'instrument; Benjamin n'impose pas ses choix de partitions à jouer, et il laisse le temps de l'explication du travail, le tout avec humour, ce qui est important je pense. Je le recommande donc!
