Firstly I always creative a good relationship with students so that they can be comfortable around me. Give them an opportunity to express themselves so that I can know their personalities and understand them. I always strive for success meaning that I always ensure that they succeed in everything they do. Provide challenge within the lessons and I believe that teaching is a two way street as much as I teach I leave a room to learn from my learners.
