Hey there, I'm Jah! Let me give you a little peek into my world. So, my dad hails from Sakura City in Chiba Prefecture, Japan, while my mom's a proud Filipina from Manila, Philippines. But guess where I was born and raised? The bustling city of San Francisco, California, USA. Talk about a cultural mashup, right? Growing up in this vibrant mix has shaped me into the person I am today. I'm not just a dude with a Japanese-Filipino-American background; I'm a storyteller on Wattpad and a pro in Therapeutic English Classes & IELTS speaking and writing. Teaching English is my jam, and it's given me the chance to connect with awesome folks from all corners of the globe. For me, language isn't just words; it's the glue that brings people together. And let me tell you, every student I work with? They're more than clients—they're friends. Now, when I'm not diving into the world of words and teaching, you'll catch me doing epic costumes, scribbling stories on Wattpad, hanging with my kids, singing, and whatever else strikes my fancy. As a highly compassionate and approachable teaching professional, with a decade of online teaching experience, I am confident in my ability to be your Tutor.

I truly understand that a second language is not easy to learn and it's my hope that this understanding makes me a better teacher for my students. Confidence is one of the most important factors in communication.

I can teach you English Grammar, Vocabulary, Pronunciation and writing. I prefer to use a balanced method of listening comprehension and written composition, with a special focus on verbal conversation and free speech.
