About Laura
I have been a skater for over 25 years, former federated out of competition. Roller skates, quads and ice. I like to experience new surfaces, new tricks, new skates. I am excited to see when someone feels the flow of the skate the first few times and it is gratifying to transfer this knowledge that has given me so much joy throughout my life.

I coordinate private and group training, maintaining a steady and progressive advance with figure skating and speed techniques, for all levels. Customize the classes according to the concerns and objectives of the student. I like to experiment and see how the will and the game benefit the body and the spirit. The skate is a beautiful sport for all ages, which conditions the body and regulates it putting the heart to the present moment and full attention. Antiestress par excellence, becomes a friendship like no other. My methodology is quite personal since I use mixed techniques according to what I learned in my journey, also linked to dance, theater and music. The feedback between the body, the mind and the feelings is played a lot here too, it is an exercise that is therapeutic, healing, trains balance and breathing in addition to echoing in self-care. If you still do not have the skates, we can start with the part outside the wheels. When we start the meetings, we warm up and elongate * things to consider * - Remember to bring comfortable clothes and water to hydrate! - Ideally, bring your protections (knee pads, elbow bracelets) so even if there are falls we will be reassured that you are protected. Perfect! No pudimos coordinar la clase, pero Laura fue muy atenta respondiendo mis consultas.
Perfect! Laura tiene mucha paciencia y la mejor onda. Muy atenta a cada avance, me enseñó a valorar cada pequeño paso que doy. Sus clases son prácticas pero también, comparte material (videos, tutoriales, ejercicios) para seguir practicando en casa. Recomiendo sus clases.
- Con Juli todo fue muy bien, es paciente con alguna pizca de ir ya por lo que quiere. Me parecen cualidades que la van a hacer avanzar en esta práctica, se ocupa y tiene ganas de aprender, también es muy rápida para recordar las cosas que marcamos en clase.
