About Arnav
Hello, myself Fide Master Arnav Maheshwari. I have two IM norms & my peak rating is 2342. I am an active player & have a lot of ideas & experience. I have been playing chess since 2014, almost 12 years! I hail from the chess capital of India that is Chennai & have studied & played alongside many talented players who are now strong GMs & IMs. Finally, I have decided to share my chess experience & knowledge both as a coach as well as a training partner. So if you're ready to take a ride from being a beginner to checkmating a Grandmaster, then bingo you're at the right place!

I offer a structured teaching method with focus on all types of training in every session. This helps my students develop strong tactical vision as well as good positional insights. My teaching involves more of student involvement, putting them in tournament-like situations, so that they get similar experience to the real game. Also, I give regular homework along with elaborate feedback, so that the students can stay in touch with the game even when we are not having sessions.
