About Elizabeth
In 2018, I completed my AS degree in General Studies, and then went through a program and became a Certified Nursing Assistant. I now am working on prerequisites before entering nursing school! Having dealt with stress-induced illnesses and health problems myself, I have learned the value of reducing stress and finding some sense of control in my life. I have spoken with different medical professionals, and personally researched and explored many different avenues to achieve a good balance in life. I have had many opportunities to help my friends and coworkers find that balance for themselves, too. Developing positive and constructive conversations with them and supporting them through those struggles has become a rewarding part of those friendships.

My teaching methods revolve around every specific individual and their needs. Figuring out how to manage time and stress is such a personal journey, so I try to pace it specifically to the individual and their comfort level! The most sure way to progress is by single steps. Lessons taught may include: “Relationships Through Stressful Times,” “Homework? But I Want To Go Out,” “Positive Self Talk,” “Alternative Therapies,” “Missing-Home Syndrome,” “The Financially Wise, Broke Student,” and “Letting Go of Perfection.”
