About Yolanda

I have served as a newspaper reporter, copy editor, public information officer and ESL tutor for many years. My past employment and educational background helped to fuel my passion for the English language and for helping students reach their full potential.

About the lesson

As a Journalism major, (with a minor in speech and a Juris Doctorate holder), I incorporate a hands-on approach to learning using the I Do/We Do/You Do method of teaching English, reading and writing for elementary, middle and high school students.
