About Tejal
I do not believe in passing or failing my students; instead I believe in progression, not perfection. Each day that you show up and you finish your lesson, is progress and is something to celebrate. I also know that patience is learning your students well and with time you as a student will also know your tutor/ Facilitator. As a Facilitator, I work with your student not against them. I use different strategies to figure out a baseline and start from where we are. I then scaffold in different resources and techniques to help them engage in learning while improving there skills, mindset and self esteem.
While they gain confidence, they are also learning more effectively. I believe every individual can go confidently in the direction of their dreams. I also believe in one on one learning because each individual learns differently.
