About Adam
Throughout my pursuit of becoming a full-time pilot for a charter operation or airline, I have acquired a diverse range of licenses and ratings. These include my Flight Instructor Single Engine (CFI), Flight Instructor Instrument (CFI-I), Commercial Single Engine and Multi-Engine (CSEL and CMEL), and High Performance, Complex, and Tailwheel Ratings. Furthermore, I hold a Private Pilot Glider License.
I regularly fly with the Civil Air Patrol and that has significantly enhanced my appreciation for checklist utilization, crew coordination, and meticulous flight planning.

I am basing my training, syllabus on the backseat pilot training material that I used for my initial CFI training. for lessons
I believe that is important to get a briefing about what subject is to be discussed during the class. That way, everybody is on the same page about what the training goal is.
I also believe in a good review after the flight or the class to discuss what went well and what needs to be addressed.
