My teaching based on 3 steps for each and every quesn 1.How 2. Why only this 3. What if another method is applied OR can it be done with other way (analysis). But at first I analyse the student's weak part and where he find difficulty in that subject then I teach with all the possible examples. And always motivates students. Because no any student is bad in any subject, he is weak coz he is not getting the better guidance. This is my life experience coz when I was in 10th, there was my teacher I m not saying that he was worst teacher but his teaching method was very high level and thats why I didn't like physics at that time. But when I was in 12th my physics teachr was awesome and from that day I still love physics and only because of physics and maths I choosed engineering.
