As a young teacher, it wasn't that long ago that I was in school myself, so I remember all the trials and tribulations that you go through during your high school phase.
From this understanding, I will ensure to make your teaching experience customised to your needs.
I have completed my degree in teaching for high school.
I have 7 years of experience in teaching and tutoring in the subjects I offer.
I have completed a 160 hr TEFL course as well as my degree, I have a great understanding of how to teach both English and Afrikaans as a second language

During my lessons, you can expect me to customise my teaching approach to how you learn best. I bring a passion for my subjects and my students and will always go the extra mile to make sure they achieve their best.
I teach in English and enjoy helping students with improving their Afrikaans subject understanding as I am able to teach them from an English person perspective.
I am better suited for high school level students. I have a great understanding and way of interacting and teaching teenagers in particular.
During a lesson you can expect to be asked on how exactly you learn best, what you are struggling the most with, to make your own hand written notes where necessary and possible, to do exercises once a concept has been recapped or explained, and to always feel heard and your needs met
