About Manjiri
I am Manjiri Guldekar currently working as a Biology/English teacher at Orchids International. I have been graduated as BSc in Biotechnology and currently pursuing BEd from Mumbai university. Recently I also did my advance diploma in Human Resource Management in 2020.
I started my professional career as an English teacher at Millennium Public School way back in 2011 and thereafter worked in different institutes and coaching classes, visiting lecturer as an English & Science Teacher, and still working on similar teaching roles from the past 10 years. To understand the corporate culture, I took a job for one year contract in IDFC bank as a customer service representative where majorly customer relationship management was a Job Role.
I am a passionate teacher who always implements effective behavior management processes in the classroom, can adapt under pressure, deliver strong results with an understanding of the bigger picture. Currently, I am looking to work for an educational institute where I can showcase my skills and use the same for the betterment of the organization

My teaching style is primarily centered on class engagement. I like to use group exercises, colorful PowerPoint slides, and even videos where possible to demonstrate my learning points. I believe this is something that increases student interest significantly, and from my experience, leads to a better learning experience overall
