My name is Mohamed Mosaad, a qualified and passionate Science teacher with 22 years of professional teaching experience in international schools. I hold a Bachelor of Science and Education degree and have served as Head of Science Department, delivering full English-medium instruction under the American Diploma curriculum for students in Grades 3–9.
My teaching approach is built around active learning and inquiry-based methods. I use real-world phenomena, PhET digital simulations, virtual labs, and interactive visual tools to make Science engaging, meaningful, and easy to understand. I never rely on memorisation alone — I guide students to think critically, ask questions, and truly understand the concepts behind the facts.
A typical lesson runs 60 minutes and follows a clear structure: a warm-up to activate prior knowledge, a concept introduction using visuals and real-world examples, guided practice with ongoing checks for understanding, an independent activity or simulation, and a final wrap-up with key takeaways and next steps.
My lessons are designed for Primary and Middle School students (Grades 3–9 / KS2–KS3) following the American Diploma, British, or any English-medium Science curriculum. I welcome students who are struggling and need patient support, as well as students who are excelling and want to go deeper.
