With over 25 years of experience as a teacher and reading specialist, I am passionate about helping students develop strong literacy skills that will serve them for a lifetime. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed, and my mission is to provide the guidance, encouragement, and expert instruction needed to make that happen. I am also a certified Teacher of Deaf and can work with students whose first language is ASL. My approach to tutoring is personalized, patient, and results-driven. I use research-based methods to improve reading comprehension, writing fluency, and overall English proficiency. Whether your child is struggling with the fundamentals or looking to gain more confidence in their abilities, I am committed to providing engaging and effective lessons tailored to their unique learning style.
