About Sumika
I am a dedicated physiotherapy educator with over six years of teaching experience and a strong passion for helping students succeed. I am currently pursuing postgraduate training in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy, which allows me to combine advanced clinical knowledge with effective teaching methods. Throughout my academic journey, I have maintained an excellent GPA and consistently focused on achieving academic excellence.
Teaching is more than a profession to me—it’s my passion. I enjoy simplifying complex concepts and helping students develop confidence in both their theoretical understanding and clinical reasoning. I specialize in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Orthopaedics, Anatomy, Physiology, Biomechanics, Kinesiology, Exercise Therapy, Differential Diagnosis, and Research Methodology. I also mentor students for OSPEs, vivas, assignments, and examinations.
In addition to tutoring, I assist with academic writing, proofreading, book writing, educational content development, and professional physiotherapy guidance. My goal is to help every student build lasting knowledge, excel academically, and become a skilled, confident healthcare professional.

My lessons are designed to help physiotherapy and medical sciences students build a strong understanding of concepts rather than relying on memorization. I teach Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Orthopaedics, Anatomy, Physiology, Biomechanics, Kinesiology, Exercise Therapy, Clinical Reasoning, Differential Diagnosis, and Research Methodology in a simple, structured, and interactive way. As an MSK trainee, I combine academic knowledge with practical clinical insights to help students confidently prepare for exams, OSPE/OSCEs, vivas, assignments, and professional practice. Every lesson is tailored to the student’s learning style, with clear explanations, real clinical examples, and continuous support to ensure lasting understanding and academic success.
