My teaching methodology focuses on creating an engaging, supportive, and flexible learning environment. For Chemistry, I use a mix of **Accountability** and **Creativity** to make complex topics easier to understand. I encourage students to take ownership of their learning by setting clear goals and holding regular progress check-ins. **Creativity** helps me design interactive lessons that connect theory with real-world applications, making the subject more relatable. I also prioritise **Empathy**, recognising that every student learns differently, and adjust my teaching style to fit their needs. My approach is **Flexible**, ensuring lessons can be tailored to suit each student's pace and schedule. I also offer support in other subjects related to Chemistry, such as Biology and Industrial Chemistry.
