About Kara

I am a passionate Chemistry tutor with over four years of teaching experience and a PhD in Chemistry. My academic and professional background is strongly rooted in industrial chemistry and chemical engineering fundamentals. I specialize in teaching reactor design, material and energy balances, and core process control concepts. These topics are explained in a clear and structured way, even when the mathematics becomes complex. I focus on helping students understand how chemistry works inside real industrial systems. Separation techniques such as distillation, absorption, and extraction are taught using practical logic and visual explanations. I regularly use industrial case studies to connect theory with real manufacturing challenges. Process flow diagrams are an essential part of my teaching, as they help students visualize complete chemical processes. My sessions encourage analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. I support students step by step until concepts feel confident and usable. Learning is interactive, focused, and goal-oriented. Together, we work toward mastering chemistry for efficiency, innovation, and success in modern manufacturing.

About the lesson

My teaching approach in Chemistry is clear, structured, and focused on understanding concepts deeply. I start by building strong basics in acid–base chemistry, pH calculations, and chemical equilibrium. Each topic is explained step by step, using simple logic and real examples. I give special attention to titration methods, buffer solutions, and their practical importance in labs and industries.

Problem-solving is at the heart of every session. I guide students to think like a researcher, not just memorize formulas. Experience as a researcher and Olympiad contestant helps in teaching smart techniques and shortcuts. I train students to handle complex chemical calculations with confidence.

Practice questions are carefully chosen to match exams and competitions. Mistakes are treated as learning tools, not failures. Constant support is provided until concepts feel easy and natural. The goal is not only good marks, but true excellence and long-term understanding in Chemistry.
