About David

I’m closing in on year 18 and I pride myself on my professionalism. So much so that I have started doing free workshops for trainers and coaches for a book I’m finishing to enhance their business and protocols. I have worked for franchises as well as boutique style gyms. I was a former sponsored athlete and I was an overweight alcohol and drug abusing party goer. I’ve seen all sides of the spectrum in this industry.

About the lesson

I prioritize health over everything else about the fitness industry. The sport is something that comes from the initial steps of choosing a healthier lifestyle. That’s my focus and making it make sense to your needs and lifestyle. Everything else is secondary. I have been meat free for the last 6 years for my health but also for a better understanding for my clients. I don’t put my clients through anything I’ve never experienced for myself. Also why I never chose steroids of any kind.
