About Ronan

Hi, I'm Ronan Griffin. I achieved 625 points in LC '22, with 100% in HL Maths and Physics, 98% in Applied Maths, and 99% in DCG.

Over the past 3 years, I have developed a passion for teaching Maths in a clear and coherent manner. I have helped over 100 students in these grinds, and tens of thousands more through my online content.

I look forward to helping your son / daughter on their academic journey (and hopefully alleviating some stress for you too!).

About the lesson

The approach I take with my students is the same as I took with my own Leaving Cert — logical and actionable.

On day 1, we'll figure out what you need help with most, make an actionable plan, and set targets for your progress. Now you can already see a path out of your current problem.

Over the course of the lessons, we'll follow this path. Each lesson will deal with a small, actionable goal. So you'll see progress right from the start.
As the lessons progress, these little wins will stack up until you've mastered everything from difficult questions, to chapters, to topics – as much progress as we can fit in before your exams.

So that's the outline. Lastly, my approach to teaching revolves around regular testing and student-involvement in the process of figuring out answers. This enhances the student's understanding, which I've found this to be much more effective than other approaches.
