About Simon
I have completed an MBA in Educational Leadership and Management, specialising in neurodiversity in the workplace. I regularly speak at talks and panel discussions on this topic. Neurodiversity is both a professional and personal passion — I am autistic and dyslexic, and my ambition is to continue my research through a Doctor of Education by exploring inclusive education and leadership.
