Lessons are interactive and tailored to each learner. I begin by identifying specific strengths and gaps, then build a plan that targets progress through practical strategies. As an examiner, I focus on helping students write with precision, clarity, and flair. We work through examples, model answers, and real exam questions so that you develop the skills to perform under pressure. My sessions are dynamic and goal-focused — no endless worksheets, just engaging, purposeful learning. Expect plenty of discussion, step-by-step writing support, and personalised feedback designed to show instant improvement. A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, but shorter or longer sessions are available depending on age and need. I also offer structured follow-up tasks to reinforce learning between lessons. I teach: • KS2 & KS3 learners building literacy skills • GCSE & A-Level students preparing for exams • Adult learners improving written English or rekindling a love of literature My aim is simple: to make English make sense, build lasting confidence, and help every learner feel capable, motivated, and proud of their progress.
