About Elena
I am an Economics tutor with 5 years of experience teaching students from school to college level. Over the years, I have successfully guided 200–300 students, helping them strengthen their understanding of microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, and international trade. My teaching philosophy is centred on clarity, engagement, and practical application. I focus on breaking down complex concepts into simple, understandable parts while encouraging students to think critically and connect theory to real-world scenarios. I use interactive lessons, examples, and problem-solving exercises to make learning meaningful and enjoyable. Communication is central to my approach, as I guide students to clearly explain economic concepts, arguments, and interpretations both in writing and verbally. I also incorporate problem-solving sessions and exam-focused strategies to build confidence and competence. My goal is to support every learner in mastering economics, thinking analytically, and applying knowledge effectively, whether for exams, assignments, or future career paths.
