I believe in a student-centered, concept-first approach. Biology can feel overwhelming with its heavy vocabulary, so I break complex processes down into simple, logical steps. Active Retrieval Practice: We start every session with a quick 5-minute flash review of the previous week's material to lock it into long-term memory. I use interactive digital whiteboards, color-coded diagrams, and 3D models to make abstract concepts highly visual. We do not just read textbooks; we dissect actual past exam questions. I teach students how to identify "keywords" that examiners look for to maximize point scoring. I continuously check for understanding throughout the lesson, adjusting the pace immediately if a student is struggling. Grade levels from 9-12
