About Rashantha
As an academic tutor, I bring 8+ years of experience working in the higher education sectors. My expertise lies in supporting and encouraging pupils to reach their full potential, while ensuring their comfort and confidence in their abilities. I have a deep understanding of child mental health and psychology, which allows me to provide holistic support to students.
In my previous roles as a SEND LSA and Head of Academic Affairs, I successfully implemented strategic communications and planning initiatives to enhance academic performance. I have also developed training courses and curriculum materials to support teachers in delivering quality education.
With a Master's degree in Education (SEND/Inclusion) and a background in business and organizational psychology, I possess a unique blend of skills that enable me to analyse educational data effectively.
