About Ahmed

I am a mainstream Year 6 school teacher with excellent knowledge of the school curriculum. I have been working as a private tutor for over 10 years and have successfully prepared children from inner city areas in London to pass their 11+ and SATs exams. I currently run a Saturday school aimed at driving up standards for English and Maths as well pushing those who are competent at these disciplines to exceed national standards.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is based around the child’s immediate needs. To understand what is needed firstly I’ll aim to understand the parents wants and needs as well lightly accessing the child to understand the level at which they are working at. This will then allow me to create a suitable program for the student as well informing the parent how best to support their child at home.

Every child is individual and in order to help them succeed you must understand their needs.
