As a writing tutor, my approach is personalized to each student's needs. I focus on helping students build both their writing skills and confidence, whether they’re working on essays, creative writing, or grammar. My lessons are interactive, using examples from the student’s own work to address specific challenges like structure, clarity, and style. A typical session begins with reviewing the student’s current work, followed by focused exercises or revision strategies. I provide constructive feedback and explain the “why” behind each change, helping students understand how to improve their writing independently. What sets me apart is my attention to both the big picture and the finer details, ensuring that students’ work meets high standards while maintaining their unique voice and style. I work with middle and high school students, adjusting lessons for each individual to help them succeed in their writing goals.
