About Daniel
I have an extensive background in technical writing, as I am an also an Assistant Director of Risk Management for a hospital, and a background in Quality Management Systems.
My students are very important to me; my approach is empathic, structured, and oriented around student feedback.
In short, I try and understand the individual needs of my students and tailor learning in accordance with that understanding, all in the service of continuous improvement and feedback.
I was formally educated in Accounting/Finance, which facilitated the use of MS Excel and other MS programs.
However, I have spent most of my career in Quality Management, Case Management, Audit, and Risk Management, which involves a high level of proficiency in technical writing and analysis.
