I hold a Bachelor’s in Medical Sciences, a Master’s in Environmental Science, and I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Social Work. About the lesson

My Tutoring Approach – Komal As a passionate and patient tutor, I focus on creating a supportive learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions and engage with the material. I tailor each lesson to meet the individual needs and learning styles of my students, using a combination of visual aids, real-life examples, and interactive discussions to make complex topics more accessible and engaging. Teaching Methodology: I believe in a student-centered approach that encourages active participation. I use simple explanations, step-by-step problem-solving, and regular feedback to help students build a strong foundation in their subjects. My sessions often include short quizzes or practice exercises to reinforce learning and track progress. Lesson Duration: A typical lesson lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the student's goals and concentration level. I also offer flexible scheduling to accommodate busy routines. Qualifications & Experience: I hold a Master's in Social Work (currently pursuing), a Master's in Environmental Science, and a Bachelor's in Medical Sciences. I have experience tutoring peers and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds. I also have volunteer experience in aged care and with the Red Cross, which has strengthened my communication and interpersonal skills. Who My Lessons Are For: My lessons are ideal for primary school, high school, and university students, especially those studying biology, environmental science, or social work-related subjects. I also support students who are new to academic writing, referencing, and reflective practice. Have job experience as a tutor for 2 years in biology, chemistry, and also physics.
