About Dyane
I have been teaching drama, voice over technique, oral board preparation and public speaking since 1999 at Elocution. For the last 7 years I have been teaching at Colorado School of Acting. I began working as a professional actress as a young child. My passion for English, literature and drama propelled me into a career teaching/coaching voiceover, public, speaking, theater, accent reduction and oral board presentation. I earned a bachelor fine arts in drama at Illinois Wesleyan University and because of my fascination of the impact of body language I studied dance and expressive movement and learned to integrate it into my teaching communications. I continued my education with advanced theater training, dance, and music training at Northwestern University, Victory Gardens Theatre, and dance training at Northwestern University, Victory Gardens Theatre, the Chicago Conservatory of Music and at Tobias and Company.
I moved to Colorado Springs 8 years ago where I can be found teaching drama and voice over technique at the Colorado School of Acting. I have been successful in training actors, voice over talent, police and firefighters and am sure I can help make you the best performer/communicator you can be!
