About Jolin Yi-Lin
Hi there! My name is Jolin and I’m a classically trained musician, having studied at the prestigious Oberlin Conservatory in Ohio and Northwestern University’s Bienen School of Music in Evanston. Music has been a central part of my life since childhood, and I’ve been trained in music education from a young age. I’ve been playing piano since the age of 3 and violin since 4, and with 8 years of teaching experience, I’ve worked with students of all ages and nationalities, offering lessons in both violin and piano. I’m fluent in English and Chinese and can communicate in basic Korean, making my lessons accessible to diverse learners.
