About Jennifer
Hi! I have been teaching violin for many years, and playing for over thirty-five years! I have played professionally for many of those years as well. I studied music in college and graduated with a minor in violin and major in psychology. I love to teach, to inspire a love of the instrument, and a joy in learning. Learning the violin should be a fun process, a light process, that draws on the strengths of the learner. I love to teach beginner and intermediate students. My specialties are classical music for beginners, and beginner-intermediate, and Irish fiddle for beginners and beginner-intermediate students. I also teach improvisation of all styles. In addition, I teach people how to read music. I teach both children and adults learners.
