About Stephanie
Experienced Violin and Viola teacher. Retired after teaching 33 years in Fairfax Co. Public Schools, VA. Traditional method used but also Suzuki trained. Winner American String Teachers Outstanding Program Award, Virginia Lottery Super Teacher Award and Nominee for Grammy Award for Outstanding Music Educator. Area of expertise is elementary and middle school students.
I enjoy making violin and viola fun to learn while improving individual technique and skills.
Bachelors degree in Music Education from Ithaca College
Masters degree in Education from University of Virginia
Suzuki training Ithaca Talent Education
