About Jalee
Hey! My name is Jae and I have always had a passion for music. Although I have never taught lessons in an online platform prior to this site, I have experience in helping people read and play music.
My page is always a safe space LGBTQ+ members.
I am excited to help you learn to play some uke tunes!!
I have taken multiple guitar and ukulele classes, as well as music theory courses. I have experience in multiple instruments, and have participated in concert and symphonic bands, as well as simply playing for pleasure with friends!

I like a brief chat with the prospective student to discuss their current playing ability, how well they can read music, and their ultimate goals for our sessions pertaining to consistency, time ranges, and personal growth outcomes.
After establishing a schedule, video chat and/or voice/audio recordings are possible ways to learn and teach.
I do give little "assignments," which are really just goals or benchmarks for the next meeting/week so we can track progress tangibly!
I have worked with students ranging from middle school-adult aged, although I am open to all ages willing to learn and improve their uke skills!
