About Marie
Hi! This is Marie. I'm a student-athlete here at the College of William & Mary, from France and I'm planning on graduating at the end of this semester. I played for the UVA women's tennis team for 2 years and won the ACC conference championship twice and another 2 years for the tribe women's team with who I won the CAA conference championship twice as well!
Last year I gave lessons to a senior in high school who now plays for the Mary Washington University, I really liked it and I want to keep doing it.
I've played tennis since I was 4 and played on the junior tour for a while before I decided to come study in the U.S. Before I came in the U.S I trained girls and younger guys back home in France during the summer.
I now like teaching because I know what it's like being a player and I can adapt to what you want and need: have fun, improve, have a hitting partner...
I have a linkedin profile: (concealed information) a Facebook: Marie-Ambroisine Faure.
Feel free to message me or call me if you have more questions, I'm happy to answer all of them!

I love traveling more than I have money in my bank account so I started teaching to be able to afford the trips and I loved it!
I played a lot of tennis my entire life, I still practice with the William&Mary team although I'm not eligible to play tournaments anymore.
I trained for camps and gave private lessons.

Let me know what you're looking for and we can start from there! I'm adaptable to your needs, I can come up with drills or you can guide me if you have anything you want to work on, or if you'd rather play points or just hit balls. I'm opened to suggestions as much as I can prepare the practice.
I worked with girls in high school, boys under the age of 14. Kids at camps from the age of 3 to 12.
I also hit with adults a few times! I don't particularly have a type of students.
Find someone who can listen to you and know what you really need.
