About Izabell
I began my teaching journey in Vietnam, teaching a range of young students English, Maths and Science. Here I learnt how important it is to be able to meet individual needs in order to help them not only feel comfortable and confident learning, but to achieve the best that they can.
Moving back to England, I am now a 1 on 1 teacher/tutor to a range of students, including some with SEND needs. In this setting, I focus on adapting lessons to the way each student learns best and building a strong, professional relationship with my students.

I tailor my tutoring to each learner's individual needs as I grow to learn the client, and am a strong believer that what works for some might not work for others. I use clear explanations, structured practice, and engaging activities to build confidence and understanding. For language and phonics lessons, I focus on speaking, writing and the practical use of the language, teaching ages up to 8.
My English lessons are for students up to age 14, with particular experience supporting Year 6 SATs preparation, focusing on the core skills and exam techniques needed to help students feel confident and prepared.
Lessons typically last 45–60 minutes and are designed to be interactive and supportive, with time for review and questions.
