About Elliot
My name is Elliot, I'm 23 years old and from Colchester in the United Kingdom. I moved to Hong Kong at age 6 and then Malaysia at age 17. I have over a decade of experience communicating with people at a lower English level and have worked with many cultures and backgrounds.
I completed my iGCSE exams in Hong Kong and passed all. I completed my A-level exams in Malaysia and hold an A-level Sociology qualification.
I have over a year of English teaching experience in both one on one and group classes.

My teaching style is direct. Even in group classes, if only 1 student does not understand we will go over the current topic again so we are all on the same page before moving on.
Fundamentals are key to becoming a fluent English speaker, before tackling more in-depth topics we will make sure all students have a good base to build off of.
My lessons are typically 1-2 hours involving spoken teaching to enhance listening skills, writing practice to further writing skills, speaking segments to brush up on pronunciation, and general knowledge tests to check progress and see which areas need to be worked on.
My lessons are for all ages and levels, I have experience teaching ages 6-30+ and have experience in very low-level classes.
