About Christina
Hi, my name is Christina and I've been teaching swim lessons in the San Diego area for over 20 years. I teach both children and adults from beginners to those that just want to improve stroke technique. I've been coaching a local Masters swim group for 13 years. I've also worked with many triathletes that not only need to improve their swimming technique but also hope to gain confidence in open water.
As a former collegiate swimmer and triathlete, I know that swimming is a skill that you can use throughout your life. I take great satisfaction in helping children and adults learn this life skill.
