About Thomas
I help swimmers improve by introducing specific swim training keys / cues that will help them break plateaus. I have been coaching all across the United States for over 45 years.
The following videos are a compilation that will allow you to get to know me. I have been coaching age group, high school and adults for over 45 years.

1). You set up the date, you choose the pool and time you'd like the session.
2). We'll need a minimum 25 yard pool (starting block is not necessary but recommended).
3.) Any fees / rental for pool time is paid by you but separate from my lesson fee.
