About Alexandra
I've been in my school swimming team in Thailand since I was in my second grade. Perhaps, now I am both an athlete and a coach. I love to teach other people how to swim. Teaching someone how to swim is one of the most challenging activities of my life. As an athlete I have to practice almost every single day, but when I moved form Thailand to the US I started to do swimming lessons as my part time job. I use to work with my coach a lot in Thailand before, after and during my training sessions. I've learned lots of techniques from him. He always told me "If you want to be a good coach you need to teach your students everything you know." His words always come to my mind when I get to teach.
I enjoy seeing my students go over there barrier. Every week I see my students improving that makes me happy and proud of myself.
I have trained new athletes on the school team in Thailand. I worked with my coach to find a way to train every athlete while I still needed to go to practice.
