About Keith
Hey There! Great to meet you! WE're a 2nd generation family owned and operated surf school located in surf City, uSA.
Started in 1996, Corky Carroll's Surf School is the oldest running surf school in Huntington Beach, California. We're stoked to help people of all ages learn to surf. We offer:
Private Surf Lessons Year Round for All Ages
Surf Camps for Ages 8+
Junior Surf Camps for Ages 4-8
Parties and Corporate Surf Events
Surfboard Rentals
Our school is based in Bolsa Chica State Beach -- one of the best surf spot in Southern California for learning to surf. Thanks to its consistent, small gentle waves and less crowded waters Bolsa Chica is an ideal location to learn and have fun.
About Our Surf Family
We were founded by Rick Walker with the help of surf legend Corky Carroll (the first professional surfer). Corky developed the surfing techniques and coaching fundamentals we use to teach all our students known as the "Nine Steps of Surfing." (Knwoing them will have you catching waves and standing up in no time.)
Today the school is run by Rick's daughter Kelsey and her husband Keith Coleman. We also have a Costa Rica Surf Resort for those looking to take what they've learned from our lessons and camps to the next level with an awesome Surf & Stay vacation. Corky Carroll's Costa Rica Surf Resort is managed by Rick's son, Collin Walker and his wife Yaya.

*We can't guarantee you'll see a dolphin, but when it happens it's awesome. Heck, you might even surf alongside one. But no matter what you'll have a fun time.
