About Laura

I offer a combination of short daily exercises including quizzes, flashcards, and short activities combined with a weekly video lesson where we work on pronunciation and speaking skills.

I enjoy being able to speak with all kinds of individuals while they work on their language goals. Having a safe space to practice is one of the most important elements in language learning.

I started tutoring when I was in college and it grew from there. I taught spanish at an elementary school as well.

I am fluent in Spanish and French and I am currently getting my master's in Spanish and French. I have taught and tutored for 5 years a range of subjects including Spanish and French.

About the lesson

I've created materials such as flashcards, quizzes, and small activities to do throughout the week. I will send out an activity every day or every other day depending on the materials we are covering. We will also have a weekly one-hour video session. The first half-hour will be a review of the past week's work. The second half-hour will be covering new material.

I have worked with children 4 years old all the way up to adults 65 years old

It's important that you enjoy talking to your instructor since that's the majority of class time during online sessions.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
They should think about how much time they're willing to dedicate each week to learning a language.

Brianna

She is great to talk to! Along with the weekly sessions she has you download Babbel, Drops, or Mondly so that you can practice during the week and then she sends more material via email for the weekly sessions to talk about.
