About Paulina

I am a native English and Spanish speaker who has been offering tutoring and teaching services for over 5 years. I have a degree in Spanish and Communication studies. I have experience working with students of all ages and at all levels. I have a passion for teaching and the language arts. I pride myself on achieving student's goals. I am dedicated and results-oriented.

I love witnessing my students achive their goals.

I offered tutoring services for classmates and colleagues throughout college and then landed my first job as an applied behavioral analysis translator and tutor for children on the spectrum. I later went on to become a Spanish teacher for preschool children while also offering tutoring services for older kids and adults within my area.

I hold a degree in Communication Studies and Spanish Language. I have worked as a language teacher and tutor for the last 5 years. I have helped students of all ages meet their language education goals.

About the lesson

I quiz the student to find out the level of language proficiency they stand at. I then move forward to working on each individual's needs and goals.

I have worked with students of all ages and all levels (adults and children) but have more experience working with elementary and middle school kids who are starting at level 1 and have no prior Spanish/English language experience.

I advise a student to look for a teacher with experience within the age group and level they are in.

My student's language proficiency award ceremony. This ceremony was for students who had not met the states English language proficiency standards 6 months ago and are now on track to speaking, reading, writing English at the states requirement level .

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should be aware of their language education goals. Ask away!
