About Michael
I have the student's shoes, when it comes speaking a different language. It is very annoying to not be able to express oneself as one would prefer. I used to get sick of people asking the same old questions: where are you from? How is the weather over there? Etc. I know exactly what to practice first (intonation, rhythm, word stress, etc.) And what to leave for last (precise pronunciation, tongue placement, etc.)
The positive energy of the interaction with the student
I started tutoring at my college.
I have a background on phonetics (the study of how sounds are made with our mouths) since I studied it to become a fluent English speaker. I have been translating English-Spanish for 8 years now. I can provide accurate translations.
