About Lucas
I'm a soccer coach at PBFC Rush. However, I love to peovide personal training to my athletes. During the sessions, I focus on technical skills, agility, strength, speed and etc. The sessions can be filled up to 5 players.
I play soccer my entire life. I also played 4 years of college. All of the passion from the sport gave me the desire to start coaching.
I graduated in Sports Management.
I have a USSF Grassroots certifcation.
I'm currently taking my USSF D license.

On my first class I usually do a general evaluation on the player. So, I can identify his/her weaknesses and strengths. From there I know which areas the player needs to improve for on the upcoming sessions.
I worked with players from 4-19 years old.
