I do a short interview to find out their background, strengths, weaknesses, interests, and goals, then assess their current skills if applicable. Each week we work on developing skills during the lesson based on what is observed at the lesson. Students are assigned practice that will help them to develop those skills each week.
I have worked with students of all ages and skill levels, including students with special needs
