About Dannelle
We are an in-home sewing and embroidery company committed to encouraging people through one of a kind gift items. We design items custom to our clients. No two are the exact same! We love the versatility of creating with fabric and enjoy helping others along their sewing journey.
I like to make learning fun! I offer a variety of projects so kids and beginners can choose and grow at their own pace.
I love seeing people catch the enthusiasm I have for sewing. Sewing can be frustrating, but doesn't have to be dull. The possibilities for creativity are endless!
One of my favorite compliments came from a nine year old student. She said "Miss Dannelle, I didn't even know how to turn this thing on (sewing machine) four weeks ago and now I not only know how to do that, but I've made so many things already! All because of you!"

I have been sewing for 20 years. I was introduced to sewing in high school and have learned as I've gone along. Sewing is such a fun creative outlet for me. When I became a stay at home mom I began a little side hustle making custom sewn gifts for people and teaching lessons. I taught my children under the age of 5 to sew and then began teaching my friends children and larger groups. I believe anyone can create and sew if they just get past the fear of the machine!

I primarily work with beginners and intermediate children ages 6+. I am a hands on learner so teach my students how I learn. We have developed sewing journals and gone on field trips to different fabric stores. I want the knowledge they learn to make sense. Taking out the intimidation of sewing and turning it into a fun hobby.

Dannelle taught my son how to sew. She made things enjoyable for him and he looked forward to it. He did one on one videos with Dannelle through Facebook messenger. Dannelle was very professional, conscientious, and always flexible with our time. She has a kind heart and is good with kids. She was an excellent teacher, accommodating my son's needs and walking him through everything, and she was patient with him. I would definitely recommend her!
