About Tyler
Within my instruction, I utilize creativity, relatable factors, and a number of various methods within the subject area(s). The creativity aspect involves the instructor revolving lessons around more interactive settings, in which the students are encouraged to explore the flexibility of the subject that they are studying. This helps them view each topic from a variety of perspectives. Each one in some realm evokes a different spectrum of feelings and ways of thinking. The students are less likely to lose focus and are more likely to want to understand the subject in different and creative ways. You want the child to be enthusiastic about each topic. I make sure the students creating and/or take part in the lesson that is brought forth in the instruction. This keeps them active and helps them analyze each piece as they progress through my program.
I love forming a connection with students through different academic subjects. To me, every academic subject is a language and every student has a subject that they can relate with and eventually communicate with. I love being able to teach subjects as a language. I make sure that students are able to speak fluently in any subject they may be having trouble with, excelling in, or just need to practice.
