About Charis
Whether it's working with struggling readers or students needing a liitle boost in confience, that's what I'm here for!
I specialize in Reading, Writing, Spelling, Elememtary Math, Social Skills, Organizational Skills, Homework Help, and Special Education.
I have four children of my own and understand that being a good reader means you'll go far! Having confidence and strengthening skills leads to school success! Being a successful student enables a brighter future!
I have served as a Literacy Tutor for Minnesota Reading Corps, helping elementary kids become better readers. Currently, I am pursuing my teaching degree in Special Education- Academic and Behavioral Specialist through Minnesota State University- Mankato.
I'm looking forward to meeting you and helping you in your schooling journey!
Connecting with kids and seeing their confience grow, while strengthening their skills- that is what's most fulling for me!
