About Regina
"Hello, I'm Regina! I have been tutoring for 2 1/2 years now and it's truly been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I am married with one daughter. I started tutoring because my daughter was not doing well in school and she struggled but now she is doing very well. In my spare time I do alot of baking and spending time with my family. I've helped so many students achieve their academic goals. Well-versed in tutoring all age groups in Reading, English and Science. I am a member of the National Tutoring Association, also I have my (A.A.) degree. I find tutoring to be very rewarding, I am very dedicated in helping each student find his or her unique learning process. As a tutor, my greatest joy is to watch your confidence grow, and to witness your excitement when you master a skill. I am good with learning the concepts of fluency to become a great reader. I've helped lots of students excel where they once struggled, I can't wait to help you."
I enjoy building a student's confidence and sharing the joy that comes with improvement. With my students we laugh alot, which I think is important because when students are enjoying themselves in the learning process, it makes it so much easier to learn. That is why I think it is so important to build a good rapport in the beginning. I will be there with you all the way to help you to be your best.
